OUR PHILOSOPHY

WE TEACH CHILDREN, NOT SUBJECTS.

South Florida Jewish Academy believes that all members of its learning community – students, parents, teachers, and administrators – must be equally valued for their participation in creating quality education. We believe that all children have a right to become valuable and productive members in the community, and have the ability to learn and experience the love of their tradition. We believe that all children with the proper learning, support and nurturing enviornment will have the opportunities to achieve personal dreams and goals. We believe that small classroom size and individualized curricula contribute to successful outcomes. We believe that success of our outcome is directly related to the dedication and commitment of our qualified staff.

CORE LEARNING VALUES
  • HAVING EXCEPTIONAL TEACHERS
  • INTENTIONAL SMALL TEACHER-STUDENT RATIO
  • INDIVIDUALIZED AND SMALL-GROUP INSTRUCTION
  • REAL-WORLD CONNECTION
  • POSITIVE PARENT PARTNERSHIP
  • JOYFUL JUDAISM

You know that feeling when you’ve finally found the ‘right place’?

Our students have found their place to learn, smile, and be themselves. Our teachers have found the students they love to teach. Our parents have found the school that just simply gets it.
